Refund policy

Cancel your subscription

Open Settings → Billing → Manage subscription and invoices. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through the confirmed paid period.

Request a refund

Email hello@heypass.io with your workspace name, purchase email and receipt reference. Do not send card details. We review refund requests individually, including duplicate charges and service problems. Cancellation alone does not create a partial-period refund.

How refunds are handled

Approved refunds are processed through Creem to the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when the credit reaches you. Refunded or disputed payments may require a billing review.
